For your convenience, you can use the provided cancellation request via email on time. Regardless, the goods must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation or, if no such notification is provided, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Upon receiving the returned goods or proof of return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that any items returned must be in their original condition; otherwise, we may be unable to accept them. Additionally, we reserve the right to make deductions from the refund for any loss in the value of goods due to unnecessary handling by you.
